Your Guide to Laundromat Etiquette
We appreciate your business and kindly ask you to follow these rules for a hassle-free and smooth experience with us. Please remember we want to keep our laundromat clean and friendly for everyone.
1. Changers are for customers only.
NO REFUNDS or exchanges.
2. You are solely responsible for your own safety and property.
3. We are NOT responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen articles.
4. Please do NOT ALLOW children to run or ride in laundry carts.
Carts are not toys and children may be injured or damage carts.
5. Please DO NOT sit nor allow children to sit on tables or washers.
Children can get seriously injured and/or damage equipment.
6. Please remove your laundry as soon as machine finishes.
Be mindful of other customers.
7. Laundry left UNATTENDED WILL BE REMOVED
This is to free the equipment for another customer.
8. Use caution: floors may be slippery or wet.
9. DO NOT place detergent pods in soap dispenser; place directly into the washer.

11. For a better wash DO NOT overload machines.
If you see your load in a giant ball, it will not get clean.
12. Machine problems: please fill out a refund card and leave as directed.
Please speak with the on-duty attendant first for assistance prior to submitting online. Attendant will direct you to complete an in-store paper request or the online form.
